While visiting family last month, my thoughtful niece ordered a late lunch – early dinner from Everyday Gourmet. We enjoyed Leisa’s amazing, perfect, deep dish quiche with crust so tender and savory vegetables in a cloud of egg-y, creamy goodness. The scrumptious mixed greens salad was ideal side addition.
